What it the LinkedIn Recruiter Poster Admin Option?

So I am looking to add one of our team's member to be able to manage certain aspects of our organization's LinkedIn page. When I looked at the different types of "admins" I could add them as, there are 5 options:
- Designated Admin
- Recruiter Poster
- Direct Sponsored Content Poster
- Lead Gen Forms Manager
- Pipeline Builder Admin
Unfortunately, I cannot find any information on what "Recruiter Poster" entails. The help page (https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/4783) does not have any info for it, and LinkedIn support has been no help. The first LinkedIn support person I talked to actually had to send me up a level because they had no idea what I was talking about, and the next person gave me a vague answer that did not answer the actual question. Anyone have any knowledge on what Recruiter Poster means? Thanks!
