According to LinkedIn stats, they are close to 500 million members with 61 million senior level influencers and 40 million decision makers. Not only this, LinkedIn is also the most used platform amongst Fortune 500 companies.

Why do you think that would be?
It's the only popular platform for professionals and decision makers. They put a lot of trust and credibility in it.
And I don't doubt its effectiveness in the future.
LinkedIn sucks from a user experience perspective. But it's great for b2b generating leads. And no one has any reason to abandon it because no other platform has as many professionals willing to use it.
But, can we ignore Twitter as a social media for B2B lead generation?
No way! While 92% said they preferred LinkedIn, Twitter was next up the line at 89%.
But if you have to choose one, it's LinkedIn. And the competiton's not even close.
