Sweet Sixteen Contest Idea?

Hi everyone. I've been lurking on this subreddit for a few months now, and I've been able to learn a lot in the process, so thanks very much for that :)
I'm brainstorming ideas for a social media contest for my company, and we're exploring doing a 'Sweet Sixteen' theme for our 16th anniversary. Has anyone seen any other brands doing something like this? Any feedback/suggestions on how we could go about this? We really don't have much of a budget, so cheap & creative ideas are very welcome!
