Setting up Business/Ads manager for multiple clients

I’m not even sure how to start this. I’m looking for resources to best describe setting up multiple business accounts under one “agency” type account on Facebook.
Having difficulties setting ads in place with a client as I can’t seem to find their ads account. I have set up BM as well as multiple pages from BM but also have my own personal ad account.
Help plz.
