Facebook shadow banning pages?

So I have a Facebook Business page for an online lifestyle magazine for men. We have around 54k followers all gathered organically. We share links to our website articles as well as videos to keep engagament up. Last year around May when the anti clickbait changes were made we suddenly saw a gigantic drop in reach. I reached out to Facebook and they said it would get back to normal after a couple of weeks and that our page didn't get caught by their new news feed filters so there was nothing to worry about. I contaced some friends in the business and they did not experience the same issues with reach. Some weeks later reach was still down so I contacted Facebook again. This time they said our page and website url had been marked as spam. They didn't give any reason why but told us they would escalate the issue to their technical team so they could fix it. This took them almost 6 months and after a lot of emails they said they finally fixed the issue - which involved a lot of other pages as well - and our page was cleared of any blocks or issues.
We slowly saw our reach climb back up but for some months it has been the same. Compared to May last year our average reach is not even 20% of what it was a year ago. Our pageviews dropped from 500k a month last year to barely 100k. I contacted Facebook 2 months ago to talk about this issue and they said they couldn't see any issues with our page. But I'm sure there's still something fishy going on. Some videos only have like 50 views 10 minutes after posting, whilr some videos get hundreds of views within 5 minutes. Some posts still go viral woth thousands of comments and clicks, some posts don't even get more than 5k reach and a couple of clicks. Half of the posts dont show up in my own news feed (it'sthe only page I have set to show first), even when filtered on most recent. To mr it looks like Facebook is still selectively nerfing random posts. I've been on Facebook with my business for more than 5 years but never have I seen this much inconsistency in reach and engagement. How do I check if there's still something going on? Facebook support hasn't been very helpful...
