Tool like Tweetdeck for Linkedin?

I'm trying to manage several Linkedin accounts, and I know it used to be possible to add Linkedin accounts to Tweetdeck. Since that's no longer possible, do any of you know of a Tweetdeck alternative that works for Linkedin? I already manage the accounts through a scheduling tool similar to Hootsuite, but scheduling tools aren't exactly what I'm looking for since I need the more direct access to messages and other content that Tweetdeck provides.
