Small Business Owner, looking for feedback and critiques on our Social Media pages. SM Growth and effectiveness has been a tad slow.

We've been open for 9 months and our Social Media pages don't seem to be growing as much as we'd like. There is not room to hire an outside professional right now, so it's up to me and prior to opening the business I did not use social media much at all. Instagram gets traction, but truthfully it's the same few businesses or pages that would never convert into sales (other similar businesses, vendors, other pages looking for likes). Both our FB and IG struggle with connecting with the people who live in our area and potential customers. I have run a fair amount of FB ads and the performance has been okay, but we've yet to have a customer tell us our SM was the reason they came in.
I'm open to any and all FB.
