Moving multiple pages under Parent page as different Locations

So I've tried searching on FB help page, and I've tried getting in contact with them but have had no luck.
We have 4 pages for our store. The main store/parent page and then 3 pages for the different locations. The three different location pages are all titled differently, so I cant just make them locations on the parent page.
On FB support page, users suggested having multiple admins and take yourself off as an admin on the parent page, rename the different location to the same name and then become an admin on the main page again and merge the two in the location settings.
I've tried this but the page names havent changed and it's been over a week. Is there anything else I can do to merge these pages? Am I better off just deleting them and starting from scratch?
I am using the FB Business manager as well if that helps.
