Looking for advice on new Social Medias to use frequently

Hello,
I am trying to figure out which Social Medias are best to use to stop using Facebook while keeping on enjoying the features I like about it.
About localisation, there are Yelp and Foursquare, which ones of them would be best ? Which one have the most businesses in their listing? Easier to use ? Who is on what, and where are you from ?
About the feed, there are Vero and Think thenlive, which one of them do you prefer ? Which one do you use and where do you come from?
I am also looking for a nice lend & borrow app popular in Europe (Germany more specifically) if any of you would have an input on that...Peerby perhaps ?
