Facebook Messenger quick questions - Chatbot ?

Hello! I do community management during my extra time and one of "my clients" would like to add quick questions when you start a conversation in Messenger, with automatic answers. E.g. If I start a conversation with a festival in Messenger, I have automatically few questions and if I chose one of these, I'll receive automatically to my question. https://imgur.com/a/7MOKkc0
My question is : How I can do that? At the begging, I thought Facebook had a native "chatbot", with basic Q&A. But I didn't find anything about it... Do I need a chatbot for this? If so, do you guys have any recommendations?
