With an estimated global total of $1.16 billion, Avengers: Infinity War is now the fifth highest-grossing superhero movie of all time worldwide.
As noted by Deadline, Disney and Marvel Studios' hit film is also the fifteenth biggest film ever worldwide, and it still has yet to open in China. Infinity War reached the $1 billion milestone on Saturday, in a record-breaking 11 days. The Avengers ($1.52 billion) currently holds the record for the biggest global total for a superhero film.
