Facebook: Why I can't send more message than 11?

I am a web developer and I want to get contact with more companies. I trying to send messages to their facebook page, too, but after 11 message facebook don't allow to send more on that day. Why? How to increase this? This is only occurs when I send message to pages what I didn't contacted before.
