Facebook Page Moderation - Ad Comments

Hi everyone,
Is there a way to send notifications from Facebook Ad Comments to one centralized area? I manage a few hundred business pages and it's unrealistic for me to check each ad campaign individually to monitor comments, and it seems like the only notification settings Facebook offers within the platform is for organic posts.
Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!
