Problem with my two Instagram account feeds mixing up

Hi guys
Got an odd issue that I can’t seem to find the answers to on Google.
I have two Instagram accounts, a personal account and a work account which I both post from using my iPhone. There seems to be an issue where randomly my feeds will sort of get mixed up with each other. For example, I could be on my work account but it would show the feed and the stories of my personal account. If I try to post anything, it will post it on my personal account. Sometimes it gets stuck the other way and I could be on my personal account which shows my work feed etc.
Note: my phone and the app are fully updated. I’ve tried logging out of both accounts and logging in again and it hasn’t helped.
Seems like a glitch or something but do you guys have any advice?
