Facebook already losing war on Engagement Bait

Facebook recently announced a war on engagement bait, which is when you make a post and say "tag a friend that x" or "comment below if you x" or "share this to x".
Unilad has already shown how to beat this filter but creatively swapping the text they would normally put in the video with the engagement bait text. Unilad's post text for a post made yesterday at 7:43am is "I need to try this" and the video text is "Tag a Friend".
Facebook has the capability of filtering videos out like they do text but the computing power it takes is far greater than filtering based on text and they already lost the war against static image videos.
